All of our tires are covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty. The defective product must be shipped back to our warehouse at 131 E. N. Thorndale Ave. Wood Dale IL 60191. The tire will be inspected by a representative of the company manufacturer in order to determine whether to honor or not the warranty. If the damage is covered by the warranty the customer will receive a credit for the defective tire.
If you change your mind about an order after you’ve placed on our website, we recommend contacting Support at (630) 422-7031 immediately so that we can rectify the situation as soon as possible. Calling within an hour of placing an order will increase the likelihood that we will be able to cancel your order before it has been processed.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order and you will receive a full refund credited back to the original method of payment. If an order has already been processed and shipped, you will have to return any unmounted tires back to us. The cost of shipping is covered by the buyer. After we receive the tires and inspect them we will issue a full refund.
